This week

One of our traditions when Tyler is sick is to make super juice. He has always liked it, but this time I made it for him on Sunday and today he asked for it when he woke up instead of milk and if you know Tyler he loves his milk. It is jammed full of veggies and fruit. This mixture today was made of carrots, cucumbers, kale, lemon, orange, apple and ginger root. He even helped make it. We had a visit to the doctor this morning and she determined that he has a upper respiratory infection. He has had a fever of 101 F for a few days. She said all we could do is alternate Tylenol and Ibuprofen, give him lots of liquids and use a humidifier. We are doing all these things and hopefully he will be ready before the baby arrives.
The ladies from our church had a baby shower for me on Saturday. It was such a fun time. Here are some oft he fun girlie presents that they gave me...books, bottles, receiving blankets, plush blankets, a video monitor, clothes, croqueted hats (adorable and made by Tylers Godmother, Anne), diaper cake, and more. It was so sweet. The ladies that threw it were Anne, Ine, Christine and Ally.
