Tyler is going to be a BIG BROTHER

It is confirmed...I am 8 weeks pregnant. This ultrasound doesn't show much except that there is a sac and an embryo. It is our 7 week ultrsound. We feel very blessed, since we had a scare that I may have had a miscarriage at 5 weeks. Everything is fine now, but we count our blessings every time. We have told Tyler about being a big brother and he says "brotha" but doesn't quite understand what is happening yet.
He will be celebrating his 2nd Birthday in November. I can't believe we have an almost two year old. He is talking up a storm. He is like a little parrot that repeats everything you say. He can say at least three words together sometimes, like "i love mommy" or "watch me mommy". He enjoys baseball and throwing a frisbee. He likes the movie Stuart Little. When he wants to watch it he says "Bunny Mouse" over and over again.

Here is the big boy in his car seat.

On Monday, we filled up the van with three adults (Kristy, Jenny and I) and four kids (Ty, Jace, Sander and Clayton) and went to Balboa Island(about 50 minutes away). It was awesome. We had a nice long walk ablong the boardwalk. There were lots of boats and water to look at. We also hopped on a fairy that took us across a canal to the Island. The boys loved it. On the island was a carousel. Tyler cried almost the whole time he was on the horse. After that we went down tot eh beach and let the boys play in the sand. I was a beautiful day. Below is a pic of Kristy and Clay. The water looked teal that day...not like the LA beaches which look a little brown.

Here we are on the fairy.

A friend of our painted this for Tyler's room. I just love it! It is above his bed.
