I was putting Tyler to bed tonight and was thinking about how much I love him. I did not know that I could love a person so much. Before I met Dave there was my family..I did not know I could love anyone more than them. Then I met Dave....I did not know I could love anyone more than him. Then Tyler came into being. I just love cuddling with him. I love it when he falls asleep in my arms and I put him up on my shoulder and he snuggle into my neck. I don't want to put him down. Every time he smiles and laughs I just light up inside. I am so blessed to have such an amazing little boy. I look at him and I wonder how do people not believe that there is a God. He is such a beautiful creation.
Today was special. I went with Paul Kim to visit his Grandma who will is 93 years old. She asked if she could hold Ty, with my help. So we did, she immediately started praying for him. I don't speak Korean, but I know that is what she was doing. I could tell from her passion that she was filled with the Holy Spirit. She prayed, even prophesied for Tyler that he would be like Samuel. Samuel was a prophet and a wise leader from the Bible. His mother and father dedicated him to the Lord after having a hard time conceiving(which is actually what Dave and I had done after months of trying ourselves). When Samuel was a child, he heard the voice of the Lord speak to him. As an adult, Samuel played an important part in uniting the tribes the Philistines. Samuel anointed Saul and David, who were both men after Gods own heart and that he used in a great way to change humanity for the better. I hope that God will use Tyler in that way, so we echo the prayer of Paul's grandma, that God would use Tyler to further His Kingdom, spread the love of Christ, and bring peace on earth.

6 Months Old already
Tyler is 6 months old. He is not a newborn anymore. He is full of life and smiles. His new thing is that he loves to suck on his feet. He is sitting up pretty well. He still wobbles and falls over sometimes if you don't sit there and help him balance. The little red outfit he is wearing in the picture was daddy's outfit when he was little.
A little while back we decided to start using cloth diapers. Above is a pic of Tyler in his new Thirsty diaper. We found them on Amazon.com. We really like them. A lot less trash...easy to do...a little cheaper than disposables...they leak less...less diaper rash and better for the environment. We are using a diaper service called Dy-Dee Diaper. They come pick up the pre-fold diaper inserts once a week and bring us a new bag of them. The covers come separate and you buy them. All in all, we are happy with our decision to switch to cloth.
Mommy's birthday is coming up and she got a patio set for the balcony. Her and daddy have enjoyed many nights at home and thought it would be nice to be able to eat outside. Last night was the first time. It was perfect.

The Boyz
Tyler is so blessed to have two close friends already. This is Ethan (left) and Clayton (right). Ethan is 9 weeks old and Clayton is 6 weeks. These are his little chubby buddies. They hung out today and we thought it would be the perfect time for a photo opp. Mommy is good friends with their mommies. Tyler and Ethan went swimming today with their matching shirts, thanks to Elizabeth. Since they can't wear sunscreen until after 6 months, she bought them these SPF 50 shirts. They are great since the sunscreen washes off and these don't:)

Yum Yum
We decided it was time to start little "yak yak" on some solid foods. He was acting more hungry than usual. He was watching us intently as we ate and he is 6 months now. He is gettin gused to the idea, but not real excited about it yet. Tonight he seemed to like it more, because we gave him sweet potatoes instead of rice cereal. Who likes the taste of plan rice anyways? Next..avocado..in a week.
